II. Full Description
The CAC reported annual and cumulative counts of generative AI services filed and applications/functions registered through 31 December 2025. It reiterated that providers of generative AI services with public opinion attributes or social mobilisation capability must complete filing or registration via competent authorities. It also stated that online generative AI applications or functions should publicly disclose, in a prominent position or product details page, the filed/registered service used, including model name and filing number/online identification.
